All dedicated server accounts provide the ability for you to host multiple websites and you can even resell space on your server.  This may be a great way to make a little money, plus pay for your dedicated itself.  Most of the features on these accounts are the same, expect for certain items, such as memory or data transfer per month.  Each package gives you an upgrade on these items.

When you purchase your dedicated server, the server itself will be ordered, built, configured and tested to the request you make per the order form.  You are getting a new server, not one that has been sitting on the shelf waiting to be purchased.  It usually takes about 7 days from the date of order for your server to be placed online.  Once its ready you will receive an email with information on how to login, reboot and more.
